The steps provided throughout this article also apply to sharing groups. Starter, Team, and Business plan members can share multiple items with multiple members at the same time with sharing groups. Sharing groups in Starter, Team, and Business plans Starter, Team, and Business plan members: When you share with a group, all group members receive the same permission type you choose. But they may still be able to view the password in other ways. When you share a login with limited rights, we hide the password from the people you share with. Important: If you don't want someone to be able to view a password at all, we don't recommend sharing it. However, if they change a shared login outside of Dashlane, we'll update the login in our app. Limited rights means the people you share with can use the item but can't edit, share, or change sharing rights.If the person hasn't accepted the sharing request, you can also select Cancel your request. Select the 3-dot menu next to the item you want to stop sharing.Select the 3-dot menu next to the name of the person whose access you want to revoke.Then select the information icon, shown as i, in the Sharing section. Go to Logins or Secure Notes, and select the shared item. ![]() If this happens, you can view the login's history. But they may be able to view it in other ways, or overwrite it if they update the login on another website and then replace it using the Dashlane pop-up. When you share a login with limited rights, the person the login is shared with can’t directly view or edit it in their vault.
